Blurry vision: Your question is nonspecific. I would see an eye doctor to determine the cause of the blurred vision and to treat it appropriately.

Time to find out: If this is a new issue you need to get in to see an ophthalmologist soon to find out why. It can represent a treatable medical or eye condition you don't want to ignore. Over time (months to years) your brain may decide to turn off the image from that eye permanently.
