What's the difference between predisone and prednisolone?

Not much: Theyare pretty equivalent used for the same thing.Prednisone is converted to Prednisolone by the liver. I find that there are more preparations with Prednisolone dissolving tabs, syrup but again the are pretty much the same. Most drs get used to routinely ordering one over the orher.
