No difference.: Steroids linger in your system for days, so taking it once or twice a day achieves the same effect.

Personal issue: This is a long acting preparation & breaking up the dose doesn't change much in it's clinical effect. It is usually better to take in one dose just so you won't forget the 2nd. Some may find splitting it easier to get down, since even adults can be poor with this, but that is the only thing I can think of to do so.
