A member asked:

How can you tell if you have a cephalexin (keflex) allergy?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Probably rash, etc.: Symptoms include rash, itching, swelling, trouble breathing, or red, blistered, swollen or peeling skin. Overall, allergies are seen in less than 0.1% of patients with this versus about 1% to 10% of those with penicillin allergy.
