Many : Almost all of your organs may be effected by htn. The heart and all the arteries are effected by htn. The organs that are most commonly effected are the heart[ heart disease and heart failure ], kidneys [kidney failure ], eyes[ blindness] and brain [stroke]if hypertension is chronic and untreated.
