Not likely : Restorative dental work such as fillings, crowns, then not likely. Cleanings and periodontal treatment as well. However, with invasive surgery such as wisdom root removal or more advanced oral surgery, then a post operative infection could occur if antibiotics aren't taken as prescribed.

No: No, fever is a result of infection, dental work by themselves can not cause fever.

No usually: Your body usually reacts to an infection with a rise in body temperature, a fever. If you do not have a local or systemic infection, you should not have a fever after dental treatment. If you do have a fever after dental work, consult your dentist immediately.
