SEE YOUR GYN: U need a workup , depending on the cause and what you child bearing desires are, bcpills, or lysteda, or endometrial abaltion that I do in offcie, or sometimes depending on the situation you may need a hysterectomy( usually u will not need the hysterectomy unless other measures tried first all fail).
