Depends on the cause: Really depends on why you are having difficulty staying awake in the morning. If you are not getting enough time in bed, increase time in bed. If you have insomnia, it needs treatment. Similarly, if you have sleep apnea, narcolepsy, idiopathic hypersomnia or other sleep disoder, it would need diagnosis and treatment.
