Biorhythms: Do you ruminate? Do you exercise during the day to become tired? Is your room, bed, pillow, sheets, and bed clothes comfortable? Don't watch tv in bed. Do read. Don't nap during the day. Don't lie in bed twisting and turning. If you can't sleep, get up and do something till your're tired. If you're up one night, odds are good you'll be extra tired and sleep well the next.
