Chest pain Yes: Chest pain can be due to an heart attack, esophagitis, acid reflux, musculoskeletal problems, gall bladder disease, pericarditis, pneumonia, pleurisy etc. Check with your doctor.

Yes: Get a 2-d echo, pulmonary function test to check for any heart and hung problems. Hope you are either on a CPAP or bipap to help with you sleep apnea. Make sure you don't have pulmonary hypertension.
