Not too often: Remember that menstrual dating is based on the length of your cycle, time of ovulation (which can vary), & a final edc is calculated. If a normal "term" pregnancy is between 37 - 42 weeks, that's a huge window to miss. Now with modern ultrasound & availability, it's not that common to miscalculate a due date. Most obs use more than one method to confirm an edc using cycle, conception, & us.
