Yes: It is not common but pancreatitis can result from vasculitis ( blood vessel inflammation) or thrombosis (blood clot). Both occur in lupus.

Lupus pancreatitis : Lupus induced pancreatitis happens in a small percentage of lupus patients . Lupus vasculitis can cause pancreatitis. Other causes of pancreatitis in lupus include virus induced, perforated peptic ulcer disease, common duct stone from biliary tract, alcohol and or drug induced . Pancreatitis in lupus occurs as part of multi system disease. Pancreatitis as initial manifestation lupus is rare.
