Fatigue, joint pain: So this is very difficult to answer. Autoimmune diseases can cause a very diverse array of symptoms, but the most common ones that are shared amongst them are fatigue and joint pain. Unfortunately, this is seen in many other conditions, so this definitely not diagnostic.

Varied symptoms: Each autoimmune disease can present with multiple symptoms.common ones are rashes, joint pains, hair loss, ulcers in the mouth, irregular menstrual cycles, , photosensitivity, joint swelling etc. Usually its constellation of of signs and symptoms that suggest autoimmune disease.Then it is confirmed by blood tests
