More info: You must first determine cause of your headache dirst. Menstrual periods, tension, neck muscle spaqsms, neck muscle strain, histamine allergic cause, closed head trauma, concussions, neck intrevertebral disc problems, migraines, brain tumors, thyroid problems can all be source of your headache. First i would get a brain and possibly a cervical MRI to determine cause of headaches. Thyroid tests nex.
