Headache remedies: Rest, relax, close your eyes while either lying down or sitting in a dark room. Ice packs or heat-steamy shower or warm bath. A massage with or without pressure point focus on painful areas of your head. Light exercise can release endorphins (body's natural painkillers). Aromatherapy (eucalyptus, pepermint, sandlewood, lavender) is also very popular.
