An adrenalin effect: Nervousness or anxiety releases epinepherine or Adrenalin which energizes muscles getting you ready to fight or run. Meds like oral steroids or water pills as well as caffiene can cause hyper-sensitive muscle fibers too. New or over-exercise can also over-use muscles and cause them to feel "watery" and loose and twitchy.
