Yes and yes: Birth control pills as well as Ibuprofen can cause elevations. 20 points in the realm of liver enzymes is not a huge elevation , but u need to have them monitored and know hat there are viruses and other things that can do this.

What test?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would have helped had you given the actual results.
