Is lipoma completely noncancerous?

Yes but....: A true lipoma is not malignant (cancer) but there are some cases in which the lesion is a liposarcoma and is malignant. General rule i was taught was if it is 5 cm or larger it is cancer until proven otherwise. In 30 years I have found 4. Malignant lipomas are rare.

Yes: Lipoma is a benign fatty growth under the skin, and these do not change into cancer in the future. Would generally need to be examined by a doctor to be sure that it is a lipoma too.
