How large can a lipoma grow?

Larger than you want: First make sure your doc agrees its a lipoma. Other things benign or cancerous may be confused with lipoma. While lipomas are very rarely cancerous, any lipoma bigger than 3 inches should be removed completely especially ones that are on the arms or legs.
