Any tips for bereavement?

Bereavement is : A natural response to loss. There is no single way to grieve, but many people go through stages of shock & denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. Talking to caring, supportive, empathic people is most helpful. Numbing your feelings with alcohol, drugs or denial is not helpful. Hospice, support groups and mental health professionals can be very helpful if you feel overwhelmed.
