Very hard: There are booklets that give advice but the easiest assistance comes from friends and family. Religious faith also helps. Keep working and try to lead a normal life as much as you can. My sincere sympathy.

Self - care: I am sorry for your loss. Shock is one of the stages of grieving. You will likely experience other feelings as your grieving progresses. It is important to allow yourself to feel the feelings as they come up. It is painful but a necessity. Encourage you to share with friends, family or clergy. If a person becomes 'stuck' then counseling is an option. Take good care of yourself. Get 8 hours of.
