Non specific: Odor/underarm hair & darkening of genital hair are signs of hormonal effect from the adrenal glands rather than estrogen. Having these at 9.5y is normal.Nipple enlargement is the first true sign of female pubertal change & generally precedes menses by 2-3yrs.
