Variable: Generally i send patients 1-3x/week if they need it. Depends on fracture, immobilization time, and fixation ...And patient.

SOMETIMES: It all depends upon the severity of the fracture and the length of treatment sometimes I do not send to therapy but allow the patient to follow up in a week or two and note progress (or lack of) other times the other extreme...Therapy is clearly needed often 3-4 x per week.
