Why not get it fresh: Soy/beans, nuts, wheat/whey, fish, lean chickens, eggwhites, and lean meats are common protein sources. It should be a balance. Find out/learn about what you need: are you just keeping healthy or are looking to build muscle (body building?). Keep in mind: a healhty balance! there are plenty of nutritional books which can guide you step by step. If you have concerns, consult doc. Good luck.
