Yes: If a woman is truly in menopause then egg donation or embryo donation are the only treatments that work. Young women with primary ovarian insufficiency (poi) have a 5-10% chance of conceiving on their own, but may also need donor eggs, as fertility treatment with their own eggs doesn't work well.

Yes and no: A menopausal woman can conceive using an egg donated by another woman and hormones to prepare the uterus for pregnancy. Pregnancy risks tend to be higher with menopause so it is important to be evaluated and treated by a reputable reproductive endocrinologist. If you are otherwise healthy your chances of a healthy pregnancy should be excellent.
