Yes: That's called "over focus, " or hyperfocus. It occurs when your Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) dose is too high, if you're using other stimulants (such as caffeine) or if you have comorbid obsessive-compulsive disorder. Check with your prescribing doctor for adjustment in medication if they agree.
