Taper it down: It depends how long you have been on adderal the best way is to gradually reduce the dosec and that is the only way, taper it down slowly and go from there.

See a doctor: You can be pregnant and be on Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) but not the best idea. Have your doctor wean you off Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) in a few weeks or months.

Fast taper: Depending on how long you've been on adderall, (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) you can have a quick taper with minimal problems. Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is a very short acting drug, so quick taper is possible. The taper can be done over 2 or 3 days. If you've been on it for years, the taper may be slightly longer. Usual discontinuation symptoms are hunger and lethargy. Both of these pass in a few days. See prescribing doctor for guidance.
