Not likely.: This is usually done by pbsc harvest or peripheral blood stem cell harvest, after being administered a shot of CSF or colony stimulating factor to help get them in the blood. Then they are administered to the recipient in hopes that the graft will take. Although there might be some side effects with this, most notably from the recipient, like gvhd, etc., aging does not appear to be one of them.
