A member asked:

Can tylenol (acetaminophen) help with scoliosis?

Pain relief: People with scoliosis have more acute and chronic back pain than people without scoliosis regardless of treatment. As such tylenol (acetaminophen) and other non narcotic analgesics may be helpful in moderation to address the pain. If severe discomfort is present see a doctor.

Yes and no: Tylenol (acetaminophen) is a mild pain medication. Taking tylenol (acetaminophen) would obviously not have any effect on the structural component of scoliosis, but can help if you are having pain from your curve. Thank you for your question.
