Sciatica: Sorry you have back pain. It is very unusual to be allergic to every pain medication your doctor has given you. I suggest you return and discuss options not involving pain medications such as physical therapy, steroid injections, perhaps a visit with a pain specialist or physiatrist. There are also medications that may help with the pain such as Elavil, neurontin, Lyrica (pregabalin) and others.

Physical therapy: Would recommend Physical therapy, massage therapy or chiropractic therapy first. Call your healthcare provider to provide an alternative medication to which you are not allergic. Seek further appointments with your doctor if these treatments do not alleviate your symptoms. You may need a referral to a specialist.
