Allergies: I wonder if you are allergic to something. Do you have a feather pillow? Are the windows open where pollen can get in? You should see a doc and maybe try a nasal antihistamine or nasal steroid.

Allergies, probably: It's ragweed season. You're young enough that you could just be starting with allergies. If the windows are open at night, try closing them and usingthe air conditioning. A steroid nasal spray prescription could help. Another possibility is alcohol, if you're having a beer or two before bed, this could stuff your nose as well. Talk to an ent.
