Dysphagia: Need more info. There are lots of causes of difficulty swallowing, depending on your age and medical history. Some causes include big tonsils, acid reflux, neuromuscular problems (e g multiple sclerosis, parkinson's), spine problems, throat tumors, enlarged thyroid, etc....If it's just with cereal, it's not at all likely anything serious- get it checked out if your swallowing worsens.
