See your doctor: Unfortunately the location of headache is rarely, if ever, diagnostic. Although chronic daily headaches are often "benign" in the sense that they are not accompanied by life-threatening diseases, you don't know that until you are checked out by a doctor. Even if "benign", treatment is often available. Get help.
