Shouldn't be: There is no such thing as "weepy baby eczema.". That sounds like impetigo, which is a bacterial infection of the skin caused by staph or strep. The classic description is that of a "honey colored crust." when disturbed, it often weeps, which is a serous, yellowish, watery discharge. It can spread, and usually requires oral antibiotics and should be examined and treated by a doctor.
