Not sure...: That i understand fully. Hard constipated bowel movements can cause hemorrhoid irritation, pain, bleeding. Need to dink plenty of liquids and add fiber from food or supplements like metamucil. But nausea or inability to eat or vomiting would not be related to a hemorrhoid condition. Likely need to see a doctor for an examination.
