Get MD Rx: Internal hemorrhoids are not well treated by hot sitz bathes because of their internal location. A MD visit can obtain Rx medication that can hopefully shrink the hemorrhoids. If that doesn't work, surgical intervention may be necessary as a foul smelling person is socially a pariah.
