No perfect treatment: Sea lice do not have a specific treatment and will resolve in about one week. Itching is under bathing suit area. And this is usually caught in fresh not salt water. Topical or oral steroids can reduce itching until it resolves.

"Sea Lice?" : This is a strange term. This probably relates to a small larva which is seen in the saltwater to sea, but there are really no "lice" in seawater. In short nothing harmful that you get from the sea is still extant on the skin after you come out. The exceptions here are bites you may have received while you were still in the water which show up in the skin, like man-of-war bites and other jellyfish.

Sea lice actually...: ...Are jellyfish larvae, which sting when they come in contact with the skin during ocean bathing. (real sea lice are fish parasites & do not affect humans.) common home remedies to relieve the itching and burning from jellyfish stings include vinegar and meat tenderizer. Hydrocortisone cream and oral antihistamines such as Allegra may help to relieve the itching. Wash swimsuit in fresh water.
