A 33-year-old member asked:

what do i do to get rid of lice quickly?

Special shampoo: Special shampoos, some available over the counter, are generally very effective in removing the lice infestation. Read the directions carefully- some require a second shampoo about a week later. Some say mayonnaise, olive oil or butter rubbed into the hair is effective, but there are no supporting scientific studies on these forms of treatment.

Getting rid of lice: Treatment of lice requires accurate identification of nits & / or lice. A pediculicide is usually used. There are over the counter products like nix (permethrin) or rid or prescription medications like lindane or malathion. You work carefully through the hair and remove the individual nits. You can purchase a special lice nit comb to aid you. Check for nits & remove as seen over the next 7 to 10 days. If >>.

Provided original answer
there are any nits after 7 to 10 days – a second pediculicide treatment may be needed. Wash clothing or linens in HOT Water. Soak personal items like combs or brushes in HOT water for at least 10 minutes (or throw them out if this is an option). Vacuum floors, carpets, mattresses, upholstered furniture & your vehicles. There is no QUICK way to get rid of lice.

Keep aerated: Carbon monoxide is a product of burning of fuels. Make sure the area where the fuel is being burned, heat stove would be a common example, is well ventilated and the ducts are sealed in the pipes. It would also be adviseable to get a carbon monoxide detector.

Not sure: Your question is not very clear. Craving for what? Food exercise, etc? Usually cravings are caused by repeated use of a substance, i.E caffeine, chocolate, etc; your body gets used to this; the best thing is to wean yourself off. You can go cold turkey or slow wean. Drink water because most things are dehydrating, chart to see triggers: menstrual cycle, moods, weather etc to prepare yourself.
