I have sinus problems and my breath smells really bad it's unbearable. what can i use to make the smell go away?

Antibiotics: I too suffer with chronic sinus infection.I'd ask my dr for an antibiotic, even though little evidence supports the use in sinusitis.

Treat sinusitis: Sounds like a sinus infection to treat, your dr. Will perscribe antibiotics, a nasal decongestant, oral and nasal( spray).

Resolve issues: Consult with your physician or an ENT as to what should be done to resolve your sinus issues and your halitosis should abate.
