Antibiotics: I too suffer with chronic sinus infection.I'd ask my dr for an antibiotic, even though little evidence supports the use in sinusitis.

Treat sinusitis: Sounds like a sinus infection to treat, your dr. Will perscribe antibiotics, a nasal decongestant, oral and nasal( spray).
