Sure: Probiotics are very safe. They are not absorbed through the small intestine. Make sure your obstetrician is aware you are taking them.

Yes, they are safe: These contain the "good organisms" living symbiotically with you. Certain condition such as use of antibiotics often kill-off too many of these good bugs and leave us more susceptible to illness from other bad bugs. Probiotics basically replace some of the loss of the good bug and hopefully restore the balance. They are safe to use during pregnancy. Congrats on your pregnancy. Good luck.
