Get evaluated: The most important thing is to establish why you have the headaches and what is causing them. Once you have a diagnosis, you can get the treatment you need to make the headaches stop.

Need diagnosis FIRST: While most headaches (ha) aren't serious, some can be associated with serious illness such as meningitis, aneurysm, or other illness.Throwing pain meds at it without knowing the cause could be seriously injurious to your health.Get a good history & phys incl. Osteopathic hands-on exam to determine the cause and then receive appropriate treatment.
