Nuts & healthy fats: Eat lots of healthy fats such as nuts, avocados, olives, seeds, eggs. Also healthy complex carbs such as whole grains, sweet potatoes, quinoa. Starchy vegetables such as corn, beans and other legumes. Eat meals regularly. You may also add in some strength building exercises accompanied by proteins to build muscle mass. And congratulations on your plan for a makeover -- it's perhaps the greatest favor you can do yourself.
