What does nummular eczema generally look like?

Coin-like rash: "nummular" means discoid or coin-like. Nummular eczema is a descriptive term, coin-like dermatitis. It generally is a reaction to an underlying problem, most commonly dry skin. Moisturizing is the most helpful, though sometimes your doctor will prescribe a topical steroid if inflammation is severe.
