DERMATITIS: Nummular eczema are round inflammatory pruritis skin lesions treated with oral antibiotics and local steroid cream whereas contact dermatitis is caused by irritants or allergens also very itchy treated with antipruritic agents and steroid cream and avoidance of causative factors.
