One thought: If you are taking any medication, especially a new one, this may be a fixed eruption due to the medication. That's the serious concern here. If it hangs on for another week, ask about a biospy. Were you given a trial of a mild topical glucocorticoid? Also note you have acne. This needs to be managed especially now that you're an adult. Topical benzoyl peroxide and/or retinoic acid are your friends
