Maybe stomach flu?: Any stomach flu or food poisoning type of illness can have some nausea, bloating, vomiting, diarrhea, tummy pain, tummy cramps, fever, chills, sweating, dizziness, lightheadedness, etc... One person can have some or all of these symptoms. If symptoms are mild, they might go away in a day or two. Sometimes they can be severe or last a whole week, so sometimes a doctor's evaluation is needed.
