I am 34 years old and have been experiencing chest pressure, fatigue, and pain in my right shoulder. what could this be and what steps should i take?

See your doctor: At age 34, it's unlikely that this represents heart related chest pressure, but this would be an important thing to exclude. Other possible causes are lung problems (infection, blood clot), GI problems (heartburn, gallbladder disease) and musculoskeletal strain or anxiety.

Follow dr directions: You are already under care of a doctor who has been doing the work up. If you had fluttering and chest pressure, you have to complete cardiac work up. Good luck.

Hospital: Don't take a chance. Those are some signs of cardiac issues. Go to hospital or md to get checked out! now!
