Possible: Women with pcos have higher rates of infertility, but any act of unprotected intercourse could lead to pregnancy. Some women don't get pregnant for years due to pcos, and then, suddenly, they are pregnant. Treat every sexual encounter as a possible pregnancy if you aren't using birth control. It's impossible to put a number on your chances though. Make an appointment with md to discuss.

Polycystic ovaries: It is always possible but more likely when placed on medication ie metformin or other per ob-gyn i would use some protection if definitely do not want conception.
