How long?: Most low back pain is "mechanical".This means something is slightly misplaced and most often will resolve with time.As an osteopath, a dr with training and skills at spinal manipulation, i'd try to assist your body in resolution of the problem.I am not a chiropractor, and submit we D.O.'s approach the manual parts of medicine somewhat differently.Advil (ibuprofen) type drugs, stretching, moist heat&gentle exercise.
