Review your process: Sounds like you have great motivation and are working on appropriate things to lose weight. Diet and exercise are foundation. However, even "eating healthy" may provide more calories than you need if you want to lose weight. And some exercise can add muscle which weighs more than fat, so depending on where you are, you might be making some progress. But some problems like thyroid, meds can interfere.

Learn more, check up: You will only loose weight if your intake is less than you burn off in activity & exercise. Exercise can & does increase appetite in most. Unless you learn portion control & eliminate avoidable excesses you may gain weight. Start with a checkup with your doc. Then work with a clinical dietitian to learn what you need. You win this battle at the dinner table before you ever will with exercise.
